Sublimation Printing

Dye Sublimation is a new process for printing full colours directly onto polyester fabric which are then made up into finished garments. The end result is a really high quality photographic finish design with extraordinarily brilliant colours. Sublimation printing is great way to get your message over in a cost effective way. It is ideal for full colour images and for team names. All of our Sublimated printing is done in house with great quality and competitive prices.

How does it work? The Sublimation printing process is created by specialist machines that take the image or pattern and use a combination of pressure and high temperatures that will transfer the image and make it part of the garment. The material starts out white and the image is added, if the image only takes up a portion of the design then the rest is sublimated with a solid colour to match or compliment the rest of the garment.

Rhinestones Printing

Rhinestone transfer consists of applying small pieces of crystal or metal of different diameters (2,3,4 and 5mm) and colours to the garment, which together create designs or logos that give a very unique effect.
